Shared Decision Making Committee (SDMC)

McNamara Elementary’s Shared Decision-Making Committee (SDMC) meets quarterly to collaborate on important campus matters. This team of teachers, staff, parents, and community members works together to review data, set goals, and support decisions that impact student success. Through shared voices and thoughtful input, our SDMC helps guide the continuous improvement of our school.
