With three decades of service in public education and 13 years of leadership at McNamara, I remain deeply committed to nurturing both the minds and hearts of our students. Our campus is a vibrant, multilingual community representing over 20 countries and cultures—an environment where diversity is celebrated, and learning is personalized to meet the needs of every child.

Under our shared leadership and collective commitment, McNamara has achieved strong academic gains and recognition at both the district and state levels. We have earned multiple Texas Education Agency Distinction Designations in areas such as Reading, Math, Science, Academic Growth, and Closing the Gaps. Most recently, our campus achieved the Highest Percentile Growth and Achievement in Math on the NWEA assessment, and we proudly received the 2024–2025 Principal Connect Award and the West Division Transformational Principal Award.

Our success is built on intentional systems that support both student growth and achievement. From instructional leadership and safety protocols to wellness programs and technology integration, every structure at McNamara is aligned with our mission of cultivating confident, capable learners who thrive academically and socially.
